Howard Droker advises buyers and sellers of real property. He prepares purchase and sale agreements, deeds and other conveyance documents, and promissory notes and security instruments.A large part of Mr. Droker's practice is devoted to escrow closings of commercial and residential real property and of businesses. As escrow agent, Mr. Droker orders title reports, works with realtors and lenders as well as with buyers and sellers, and prepares all closing documents. He is personally involved in all closings and always accessible by telephone, fax, and email to answer questions.
